Dr. Shauna Herman MD CCFP

Dr. Herman grew up in Upper Tantallon. She started her career as an occupational therapist and worked for eight years before returning to school while she was raising her young family. She graduated from Dalhousie Medical School in 2006 and completed her family residency in 2008.

Dr. Herman enjoys working and living in her community. Interests in medicine include children and women’s health, though she enjoys working with all age groups.

Dr. Herman has recently received a teaching appointment and will begin teaching medical students this year.
